someone else number linked to my account

My account no ********** 03. about 5 months ago I had my line transferred from ********** 377 to ********** 982. Accordingly to Telkom, my new number doesn't exist. I also have a number ********** 044 linked to my account that they charge me for, and now my account has been suspended, due to my account being behind. I have all the proof of payment for every month. So my question is, why do I have a account link to my profile costing me R350.00 a month, if i do not have this number. My account shows over R3000.00 over due. Please could you assist with the person I can contact. I also paid for 2 months , while waiting for my transfer, without any service. Now this. Just clear my account, so that I can cancel and move on. Or fix my account. Its easy
