Someone at Telkom that Cares - Brilliant Service!!

After many complaints and hours spent trying resolve issues stemming from shocking service, along with over R400 in airtime spent on hold... Lusana Manase has been the only supervisor to take ownership of our complaint and assist us entirely within 24 hours. <br> <br> It is employees like this that provide the golden standard by which all other Telkom employees should follow and all of this after speaking to at least six other employees that did nothing to help the situation. <br> <br> I am beyond relieved and incredibly impressed by her can do attitude and her constant feedback - thank you Lusana! You are, at the very least, one person that gives Telkom a good name and that is something to be proud of after the lack of interest we have experienced.<br> <br> You have been brilliant!
