Somebody at Telkom is *****ing from Customers.

I am so annoyed with Telkom. I signed a contract for R179 in 2023. One year later they just start deducting R189. In 2025, the same contract is R179. So I do not know how they can just increase subscription in the middle of a contract. I downgraded at the end of the contract to R129. Two months into the contract, I get a bill of R135. You cannot reach their billing department to enquire or log a dispute. Somebody at Telkom is *****ing from customers and nobody takes responsibility.
