Some Things Happen for a Good Reason F*** Telkom

I'd like to thank Telkom for making it so difficult for me to take out a new contract with them that would have had me shackled to them for 24 months @ R1000 a month. Thank to Telkom's really sucky customer service.. i ended going to another company with what seems to be a better deal.. So thanks for treating us like ****!! I went to the Lenasia Telkom Shop at Trade Route Mall, and there's like 6 staff members on the inside allowing only one person at a time to be served creating a line as long and the banking lines were. Once the lady got to me even though i tried online called and then went to the shop, all she could rudely say was, "i cant tell you why the online people are not helping, but we don't have stock, it's a crisis we going through".. but like i said it worked out for the best you guys have the shiftiest customer service.. everybody waiting in that line today were just complaining so thank you thank you thank you!!!!!
