SOME TELKOM STAFF DO TRY!

I took out an Internet contract with Telkom but the saleman neglected to supply me with a router. Somehow, my old equipment worked ... that is until last week when my internet service went down. I spoke to over 12 people at Telkom with no success ... until yesterday when the manager at Canal Walk gave me a router which a lady at the Call Centre configured for me this morning. These 5 stars are for those staff members who tried to help me (and who did) ... namely, PATRIC and RUBIN at Canal Walk and LEHLOHONOLO and JENNIFER at the Call Centre. A big THANK YOU to these people.
