Some Telkom employees do care

I signed up for a Telkom ADSL/Mobile package which took almost 5 months to resolve. During this time a customer service consultant at the customer service centre in Reds Mall was exceptionally helpful and spent many hours with me trying to resolve the problem, His name was Arthur ( I did not get his second name) and I hope this message gets to his manager as he deserves a large well done for his attitude.
