Some July Special

<p>My mother and I went to Telkom in Liberty mall for the July deal for R299. There were only two tellers so we waited 1 and half hours to be attended to. As the lady was processing the deal, she requested my mother's lastest salary slip which she didn't have on her. So the teller told us to come back tomorrow to finalize the deal.</p> <p> </p> <p>My mother goes there on the day, waits an hour for assistances only to be told she doesn't qualify for the deal. What was the point of coming back there if she provide all the documents beside her lastest payslip. She is a professional nurse who is earning well and you say she doesn't qualify for the deal.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am very disappointed, you cannot call it a special of the month and you make us drive all the way back to the mall. </p>
