On the 1st December 2020, 05:23am to be exact, I made a mistake, loaded R300.00 worth of airtime, i called telkom and spoke to Fazloon and he said that there is no airtime reflecting, I did this from an app provided by my workplace.

Fazloon told me that i can just send my banking details and proof of this, however i did some investigating questioning the department at work who deal with this app and they found that i typed one digit wrong.

I knew all of this after speaking to Fazloon and could"ve been dishonest and gave them the details however, thats not what I wanted to do because that is morally *********.

instead of that i called in and spoke to the first lady who kept telling me about her supervisor who does not understand what she is doing plus both her and her supervisor's service is just chaff.

spoke to another lady Laaiqua who told me they cant get me my airtime back because of the past and the future, her service was good, however, you can not expect me to call a number that does not rin. if that airtime is on there how the hell do i track someone down who i do not know from a bar of soap?

I asked them to check when last this number was used and she said something about ten days ago so what if this guy is dead, how do i get my airtime back, the supervisor (Tasneem, wouldnt be surprised if she is the other lady's supervisor aswell) has the nerve to tell her to tell me what the other guy was supposed o tell me, when he was the only one who actually was on the ball.

i would like my airtime as i have a job to do, i do not need to look for someone and and and, because i paid for that airtime and the fact that i couldve cheated you guys out of three hundred after you were willing to give me airtime should speak volumes to you.

please assist me urgently and stop talking nonsense because it is mine and i do not care about anything there is always a way, if you cant get hold of this person and the number is registered on your network how in the living hell do you expect me to get hold of this person?, when i asked the lady what she would do she kept quiet and i could hear crickets in the background julle is *** ridiculous man.
