Last year around August I found out I have been listed on ITC by Telkom. The reason for that is, someone used my ID book **********ly by taking cellphone contract.

I then disputed that whereby the asked me avidavit and certified copy of my ID. I have submitted document as requested.

To my surprise early this i app**** pre-approval of home and one of the bank I bank with, they I do qualify but problem is I'm listed on ITC Compuscan.

I wrote email on 04 June 2019 to Telkom saying that my name still on ITC even today. Their respond was ITC or Compuscan they have their own backlog. I then contacted Compuscan to find out what is transpired to my surprise account still active and last time was paid is December.

Also they have received letter from Telkom to instruct them to delist me and remove that account because is **********. I sent on the 05 June 2019 to say Compuscan haven't received letter from them.

Their respond was, they are not in the office and now my life just a mess and I'm stuck.

I really want my name to be delisted and ********** account removed, so that I can be able to buy house and move on with my life.
