Sold one thing given the complete opposite

Took out a telkom contract with mondo for R99 for two Sims was surprised when I was debited R224.40 and I called mondo who said the contract is with telkom. I calldd telkom on 180 line and they said I should go in-store. On the 6th I went to telkom centurion and they said there was no such deal and I should call mondo. And that instead of R99 for 2 Sims deal I will be paying R168 and not even get the deal I signed up for. I mean is this a way to lure consumers to use telkom. As I ported from Vodacom for this deal but highly regret as I was sold a lie. It's either I get the R99 deal or just cancel my contract.
