Sold me a Minutes bundle but we got a data plan

Was phoned by Telkom sales,

I was sold a data sim and a Minutes sim card.

what I received was both data bundles no minutes as agreed upon by Telephonic discussion.

Phoned Telkom numerous times just to try and find out which sim is which, that is how we found out that there is no Minutes on either sim cards.

I was told by Amanda that we need to go in-store to cancel...

Went to the Telkom store at Kolonnade Mall, we were told we need to call the sales center in order to cancel.

The service we have received is horrible I am fed up!!!

Where is my Minutes?
