Sold Faulty Phone and Store Won't Assist

I bought a Huawei P20 Lite from Telkom store in Forest Hill Mall 21 June 2018. Few days into using the phone I have to charge multiple times cause battery life is horrible. I go to the same store to enquire on the 26th of June and they offered to exchange the phone. The consultant who refused to give me her name factory reset my phone without backing it up. I lost all my work on the phone. On top of that, the person tells me they do not have stock in the shop I must come back tomorrow they will order from Reds Mall. After deleting all my work that I cannot retrieve again they make me go home without a phone of which I need my phone for work! Another consultant in the store said they do have stock. They went to check and came back with a box of a phone. Then the consultant tells me its not captured on the system, I insist i need a phone. She changes to speak a language i do not understand with her colleague and then comes back and tells me the box is for a demo phone she cannot issue it out I must come back tomorrow. The person I walked out of the store with told me the people were saying the phone is not captured and I must just come back tomorrow. So they decided to communicate in a different language that I had told them I do not understand in order to lie to me. Moreover, I offer to send someone again to the store today 27/06/2018 so that they can do the exchange on my behalf. They took the persons details but never called. Now my phone is on its last day of 7 day exchange period and i cannot get to Forest Hill Mall. I have tried calling the shop. I also called customer care who could not help and told me to call sales. I have just joined Telkom and I was very happy after buying the phone and the data deal the consultant gave me when i bought the phone but now I wish I had never joined telkom. I am left with a phone that dies from full charge within 3 hours without being used and consultants who **** from Forest Hill Mall. The consultant did not want to give me their name and said I must just call the store and anyone will help. I am very unhappy!
