Sold an Lte routh which is not working.

I was sold an LTE routh months ago an it was deliverd at my place i then tried to connect it call them all that but all to find out my area dsnt hv lte coverage i tried all means to get help by them i even lunched a case to them tell nw i hvnt yet got feedbck
