Sold a device they don't have

On 16 December 2017 I walked into your Telkom store in Alberton to purchase a new contract. I was specific that I wanted a smart watch and I was sold a Huawei P10 that came with a smart watch. The problem was that the watch was Orange and I wanted a darker color. After a few phone calls I was told that my preferred color will be available by the next working day. Today I still have not received my watch and now I am told they cannot promise me when will they give it. I feel duped into a contract that did not give me what I wanted, I was never desperate for a phone and I feel the lady was just keen onto making a sale as a result sold something they do not have.

Guess what when I wanted to complain they said I must go to hello Peter.
