Sold a bird flying

Updraded my contract Novemver 2024 29th and there was a promotion running. Huawei Pura 70Pro and get a gift which is the Huawei Watch and buds. Gift you claim and it is said to be delivered within 7 -14 days. Been following up with Telkom brooklyn since the 14th day after collecting my phone till date i am sent pillar to post to a point i am told i have never claimed. It is Feb 2025 16th today and still nothing. I even went to an extand of calling Huawei and i am told the promo is long overdue. I am disappointed in both stores that i have to follow up to every week to no help.
