SOE disgrace
Paid up account and tequested paid up letter. To date no letter received.When I call the staff devices keeps breaking up making interacting with Telkom impossible.When asking to speak to Line manager I get refused.It apperas that all staff at Telkom suddenly became attorneys as they do not obide by the consumer act and see themselfs above the law.
