Social bundles not working

So we have social bundle bundles on telkom . I use this bundles all the time. So today all of a suddern the bundles dont work for WhatsApp and telkom never bothered to inform us that there is that change. Im sick of telkom, it has alot of issues. I made the biggest mistake by porting to telkon. Im definitely gonna port from it. I want my social bundle working for WhatsApp like it always does.
