So sick of Telkom and it's bad customer service.

Telkom has to be the worst company I have ever had to deal with cancelling a contract. This is the second contract I am trying to cancel and the experience is the same. You call and wait for over 20 minutes to cancel a contract, you get a reference number then still get billed for the said contract. Then call again and wait forever again only to be told they don't have an answer as to why I am billed. Now my name is being sent to debt review because of their incompetence.
