So sick and tired of telkom

I had a contract router from Telkom ...it has expired and I cancelled it but now every month they deduct r580 and the router was r149 per month....what do I have to do now that they keep deducting and I hve to reverse all the time and they keep sending me text's....so disappointed and frustrated
