So PATHETIC - DO YOUR WORK FOR ONCE AND GIVE BACK MY MONEY

<p> I am still waiting for Telkom to repay my money that was wrongfully deducted which was 4 times more than what they should deduct. Someone phoned my from Telkom after I posted my 3rd review on HelloPeter (yes, this is my 4th review) and he wanted to know what the problem is even though he can go read it himself and listen to voice recording for the time I've waisted phoning Telkom in previous occasions. He phoned regarding ref number AI ********** . He said someone will phone me back which is just like the previousl lies and promises made previously by Telkom employees. This is going on from 01/09/2016 where I've phoned more than once and I'm sitting with more than 1 reference number. The people replying to these reviews for Telkom is just doing a copy and paste job which is useless as we don't get assistans, so not sure why you guys are getting paid our money which is getting wronly deducted and not refunded. Its called theft. I'm searching for an Ombudsman to take this case further as I want my money back ASAP.</p>
