So much for FICA

I have had great service from Telkom, but I have been struggling for nearly 6 years to get Telkom to remove a very old MTN mobile number as my primary contact number and replace it with my current number. In addition to this, I am also unsuccessful in getting an old post box number removed from my account. I relocated from this town nearly 8 years ago, but I cannot get this off my record as my postal address.

This cannot be difficult. Please remove the old data. As it stands, it is not compliant. Thank you.
