So much confusion!!!! :(

My line was transferred from my old address (Address A) to my new address at the beginning of November (Address B). We moved houses.

I see that the line at my old house (Address A is still active and I am still being billed for this. Can it be cancelled ASAP!!!! I have been having so many issues with this.

We were supposed to move on at the end September, and the first line move request was scheduled for the 30 September. However, we only moved at the beginning of November, so a week before the initial move date I scheduled that the line only be moved at the beginning of November. Even though I requested that this line move be done in November, the line at my old address was still disconnected at end September. It was then re-activated only mid-October (so we had to wait more than 2 weeks for this) even though it shouldn't have been cancelled in the first place, and should only have been cancelled at end October (as per new arrangement). However, it has STILL not been cancelled and I am still being billed for this which is ridiculous!!!!! I am being billed from 9 November to 8 December and I will not pay this as the line should have been cancelled. I am now being told that I need to submit a cancellation request??????????? I emailed this department and received an auto response saying that someone will contact me within 21 business days?????? Seriously?????? Really upset about this…The first time Telkom automatically cancels my line because the move was requested but now there is a process I must follow. So much confusion!
