So many problems I don't know where to start

Fibre was installed but now the line isn't working, been waiting for them to come and fix it, no one has come yet. Landline was installed, worked for about a week, logged countless faults and still waiting for a call out. I hate paying for a service that doesn't work. Really want to cancel my contract and switch to another service provider but cancelling a contract with telkom is the biggest hassle
