<p>On Wednesday 22 February 2017 at 18:02pm I was called from a woman representing telkom from</p> <p>***</p> <p>she asked me if I would like to upgrade my existing 2 MB line to 4MB line for an extra R 18 (initially) but when she realised I was only paying R 592 instead of everyone else paying R 600 - she told me that I would be paying an extra R 24. I didn't mind the extra bit.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today 1 March 2017 I do a speed-test and it's extremely slow and then I notice that my line-speed is still 2MB.</p> <p> </p> <p>Was she wasting my time with her phone-call ?</p> <p>Was there no communication ?</p> <p>I even have a reference number for her call yet no-one has acted on it.</p> <p> </p> <p>WHY ?</p>
