So Funny I just had to Share the incompetence

<p>So I had a line and data with Telkom. I ran out of data a week ago and phoned them and topped up 2Gb in about 3 minutes.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then asked what I needed to do to cancel with them and open a data contract with VOX Telecom.</p> <p> </p> <p>They said they'd email a form i needed to fill in and take to the store. I did not get that email at all let alone fill it in and I would have remembered going into a store buuuuut...</p> <p> </p> <p>I now needed another 1Gb so phoned them again only to be pushed around to no less than 13 THIRTEEN different people. Eventually after being told i could only top up with 20Gb and no less that the line has actually been cancelled! The data subs and the line!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>These guys should actually be driven into the sea they are sooooo stupid as a company it's amazing!</p> <p> </p> <p>Their staff probably don't get any training either so I blame them as a company! what complete idiots, hahahahahaa.</p>
