So frustrating my brain cells are dying

I can't understand why it is so hard to get in touch with Telkom. I call the number on the modem, dumb af no clue call center agents answer - after being on hold that my arm starts to feel numb. Is there no quality control for the call center? I tried sending private facebook messages, Twitter DMs, emails. So before the ass who responds telling me to send private messages, I have already done that. All i want to know is why my upload speed can't even reach 1mbps with telkom?????
