SO DISSAPOINTED

I am SO DISSAPOINTED IN TELKOM!!!

Everything from them just sits me off. I missed my payment, due to late salary from work.. So they haven't even phoned me, straight hand me over to NUDEBT

I have been more than 5 years at Telkom, never skipped a debit order, and this is how they treat the customers.

So I made a payment on the 22 FEB AND THE DEBIT ORDER WENT OF ON THE 23rd FEBRUARY.. So in total I have paid now R816 and my amount per month is R204...

If this is the way they treat their clients I SURELY don't want to be part of it
