So disappointed and discussed !!!!

<p>So my job has advised me we can work from home..jippee, only thing, wee need ADSL line, so i went to Telkom store and order new line, ADSL, 4meg uncapped, friendly person, no problem man, your area is covered we will have everything installed and setup for you in 7-21 days..so everything is organised at work and I am ready to start working from home, after 21 days I started to follow up, because no one is phoning and nothing is happening...spoke to how many different managers, 1 month later it came out that there is nou ports available in my area and it will take 3-6months if not longer..WHAT??? after I was promised, everything was setup at work and I am ready to work from home...HOW CAN THIS BE...I live in a good area, everything was checked and fine by Cape gate Telkom store in my area, HOW can you tell me this now...So i log a complained with ICASA, i am still waiting on them..... I AM SO DISCUSSED, and I am ready to take this as far as I can....</p>
