So called Wifi Special
Hallo Peter telkom have this special on there wi-fi this month we have orderd it 2weeks ago it arrived last week sometime we keep calling them for installation and they keep changing dates and time today again they were suppost to be at my place 10:30am..... i phoned Elias the the guy from Telkom that is suppost to install it and to bring the router cause they only deliverd the "Netis wireless range extender" He does not have any customer care or support at all i phones Errick 11:12am waiting from 10:15am for them to arrive he just say sorry we can change the date and time to next week monday that is unacceptable so, i tried to phone Telkom customer care a few times now no answer..... i dont want their poor service or wifi annymore not intrested i also told Elias they can come to collect there Extender because i cant get hold of anyone at telkom customer care service they are useless at customer care really they dont care.... best is to rather use cell C or Mweb or vodacom atleast they have customer service and aftersales service very very disappointed with telkom!!!
