so-called store manager very rude

i walked into telkom outlet at menlyn shopping centre, near wimpy restaurant. i wondered around waiting for a lady who appeared to be a bit busy on the counter alone. seeing that the attention wasn't forthcoming, i went to her to ask for assistance. she opened the brochure and told me to page through for an item i asked her about, and continued on the computer. all the questions i asked where answered coldly with yes and no....she didn't bother to explain or give more information. i then asked her if she's okay. she asked me if she's really that ugly. i then asked her to speak to the store manager. she said she was the store manager and there's no-one else i could speak to. i stormed out...and i was really interested in buying an item from that outlet. products are the same. the difference is always SERVICE. there is NO SERVICE at all there. i stopped short of saying things i was surely going to regret. TELKOM must look at such nonsense i faced from that outlet.
