SO ARROGANT

I received statement earlier this year with the amount of R1800 then paid R1100 in June. Telkom still have the R700 deposit that they have retained when the account was opened so I had that in mind and that the account is squared up But to my surprise I've received a message that the outstanding amount is R3077.60 and have been handed over. What to the money that I paid?
