so annoyed, your agents are so selfish except for the one I spoke with yesterday

I have been calling Telkom for assistance with the network problem they have of the simcard that they sold to me, I started making calls since 13:00 till now, I am on hold for 20 minutes by an agent, of which the previous agents I spoke with dropped my calls, I am so annoyed and want to be refunded so that I can get MTN or CELLC SEIMCARD FOR MY ROUTER, I lost business and due to that I cannot proceed

Guys I just need a refund thats all I want from you
