So after 36 years I am now a bad customer since I went on pension?

After being with Telkom since 1999, I now have to hear I cannot upgrade since I am a bad customer.

Well I went on pension and my pension is only paid in on the 1st of every month, and Telkom cannot accommodate this, as their last day for payment is the last day of the month. So I have to manually pay every month and therefore I now show as being a risk as my payment is "late". Well Telkom if this is the way you treat your loyal customers, I have news for you. I will not renew any of the six contracts I have with you, I will rather port them to a competitor when they expire.
