Snail Slow Speed From Telkom

I have locked a probleme last year of the same store. MY INTERNET SPEED IS SLOW. They came out to fix it. But here is the thing . This year in January I log it again. The same probleme. I'm am still waiting for them to send me someone to come and have a look at the problem. It is August now and all they can say it is in the back office and they are looking in to it. How long are they going to look and then decide to get up and do something. I'm paying for a product that is not even working right. I'm suppose to get 90mb/s. At this moment if I'm lucky I get 10mb/s on a uncapped LTE . They have brought out a upgrade to this package but if they can't give me my speed how are they going to do it on the upgrade.
