Snail mail is faster than your ADSL lines

Do you know what is worse than slow internet? Not being able to connect to the internet for hours to complain about the slow internet. Telkom we live in a big fast city and yet have the slowest internet in South Africa, you have been promising faster connection since we moved to Richards Bay 7 years ago, holding for your call center is an absolute waste of time and if by some off chance the call is answered, it somehow always cuts off as soon as the other end is picked up, making you wait on hold again and again and again. Seriously with what we pay for uncapped ADSL, we would expect to be able to use it faster than snail mail, I think a dove would get a letter to my family in UK faster than connecting to Facebook and commenting on a photo using Telkom ADSL....... The rest of the world is almost in 2018 yet Telkom ASDL in Richards Bay is still stuck in 2002
