SNAIL INTERNET/NO CALLBAKS

Endless slow internet or no internet since Dec. all they do is close off logs saying "report was restored" lies. They call and drop calls without speaking, if they do speak they pretend that they will call back with zero call back calls. paying for 10MB line and getting 2MB or less daily. Constant rebooting of routers then 30 minutes later back to snail speed. I need this matter resolved. Go into your records, check my speed ive been getting and adjust my account accordingly. I NEED MY 10MB LINE AND NOT A THROTTLED LINE.
