Snail connection / speed

To whom it may concern,

This is absolute ********** the connection and speeds that i'm getting at my house. Most of the time I use my cell data to connect to the internet. The speeds "suppose to be ADSL 4M line", The speed that i'm getting 0.8 on the line. I pay for a service that i'm hardly using and paying extra from my cell.PLEASE come sort this out OR i'm leaving!!!
