Sms malfunction
I have since called Telkom 3 times now From 10 July. Tried again the following Tuesday asking about the call logged... believe it or not the case was still open. Querying why I can’t send SMS’s I was given 2 numbers to dial to have this sms thing activated. Not sure why it was deactivated in the first place.Those 2 numbers didn’t work the first set was not for an iPhone I was told then the second set was apparently for an iPhone but that too didn’t work. I was in my third call provided with ref number because a call was logged with back office ***8. To date this has not been resolved

18 Jul 2020, 15:51To add to the above, i just called them again to be told that its still open. spoke to Nangamso, who i asked to speak to her TL said the TL is not avail as shes working from home then she said she would give me the Team leaders email address only to find that its her email address and not the Team leader's email address because i asked her what the NC in the email address *** stands for she gave me her name and hung up..

04 Aug 2020, 17:02and now i do not have service since Saturday 01 August 2020 its now the 4th with no service.... funny thing is my friend who also is on Telkom has beautiful reception and we live together so its definitely not network issues..then im pretty sure from here on i wont again be able to send sms's shojld the netowrk return

and now i do not have service since Saturday 01 August 2020 its now the 4th with no service.... funny thing is my friend who also is on Telkom has beautiful reception and we live together so its definitely not network issues..then im pretty sure from here on i wont again be able to send sms's shojld the netowrk return
