SMS Internet paused

This telkom sim card is like a curse, it work when it wants, the problem is that i do not pay them late, but they are not delivering the service to me, i am even considering requesting the early termination of my contract. the other problem is that they keep on sending me an sms after every 30 minutes to state that the internet is paused where as i still have data, i have had enough of this.
