Smartvoice order

Good day order THD***8 refers. I ordered Telkom smartvoice 2 weeks ago. Last week Monday the phone was delivered, however instead of a mobile phone I received a desktop phone. I immediately called to complain. I was told to go to a telkom store to swap the phone. They said they dont carry stock since it is an online order and that I would have to call 10213 to arrange the swap. I have done so 3 times already and each time I get told someone will call. A week later and no one has called. In the meantime the telephone line is not working so we cant receive or make calls. Very BAD.
