SmartBroadband Wireless upgrade gone wrong.

My SmartBroadband Wireless 5GB contract ended in April. I got a call from a telkom agent (based in Cape Town, i think the agent name is Rendi more) explaining to me that the contract has ended and asked me if i would like to do an upgrade. I asked the agent which options do i have to choose from, and from the list mentioned to me, i then chose the SmartBroadBand Wireless 20GB which gives a total of 80GB (40GB anytime + 40GB night surfer ) for R449 pm. The package which had a router was delivered to me within a week and then BOOM a SmartBroadband Wireless 5GB (gives a total of 20GB (10GB day + 10GB)) was loaded (WRONG PACKAGE). I called them as soon as i noticed that it was the wrong option to ask them to change to the package i wanted ( SmartBroadband wireless 20GB ) and created a dispute. 2 weeks passed by and nothing happened, I then started calling them almost every day to check the progress and all. The other time i called them, one guy told me that the issue has been resolved and i should see the changes the next day. The next day i checked and everything was still the same, and i then tried to call them and couldn't get hold of them for about 4 days. I then decided to call the 180 option and created another dispute which took almost 3 weeks before i got the sms that said the case has been resolved but when i checked nothing has changed, still the same package. I called in again over the weekend and the agent told me that they sent an email to the person assigned to fix my problem but now no one is even contacting me, updating me and i fear the same pattern is about to happen. I do not know if i should be disappointed about the employees who were supposed to fix the problem or telkom failing to employ the right people for the job. I am really disappointed about the service, i am even thinking of cancelling everything i have with them. I have two more contracts due for an upgrade worth around R1000 pm but i am not sure anymore about their services, i really trusted them in the beginning.
