SmartBroadband Uncapped Wireless

I have been trying for weeks to apply for Telkom's Smart Broadband Uncapped Wireless. I submitted my details online. Received a message saying that I will be contacted. A few days later, received an email message stating that they could not contact me and I must reapply. Tried to reapply, website states that I have already app****. App**** in my wifes name - still no contact made. <br> <br> I went into a Telkom store. They cannot assist as its a internet application only. Have used the messaging on the website to talk to an agent. he took my details and nobody has responded back to me. nobody at Telkom seems to know who I must call or contact.
