SMARTBROADBAND LTE PROMO OUT OF STOCK

I app**** for the Smart Broadband 20 Gig wireless for R399.00 which comes with the LTE router from Telkom almost 3 weeks ago. There has been no communication as to when the stock is coming in or if there will ever be stock? How can a promo be run and no stock supp**** to the stores? 3 weeks with a LTE promo that there is no stock off. This is ridiculous.<br> <br> Telkom is supposed to be the MOST jacked up network provider in the country. I fail to understand how there can be such a lack of communication and the fact that there has been deliveries to the stores in the past 3 weeks but the promo stock isn't delivered?<br> <br> How is it possible that no customer service is given with this issue? i really would like to know when the branch will be receiving stock and how much longer my application is going to take?
