Smart internet Uncapped 1599 to 899 special HELP

HI,<br> <br> On 15 Aug 2015, i went to the telkom store in potch for an deal advertised in their brochure.<br> THE DEAL WAS The....<br> <br> Huawei B686 Router on SmartInternetUnlimited (up to 2Mbps).<br> Normal Price R1599 Special Offer R899 PmX24<br> <br> NO SOFTCAP LIsted ON ADD OR IN THE TERMS AND CONDITION ON PAGE 31 in broshure. Thus i asked the consultant, who said there is no cap.. it is unlimited... even i knew this is strange, thus phoned telkom sales and a lady told me... it has a 50GB Softcap.<br> <br> Great... i Accept this offer and signed the contract. The last couple of months the internet keeps getting slow at the 20th apporx of each month... and i dont understand how We are abble to use up the 50GB Cap. Very light data users.<br> <br> Phoned telkom today, consultant told me ive used up my 10GB CAP???? 10GB CAP FOR 899 a month???<br> THIS IS NOT THE CONTRACT I SIGNED FOR!! Consultant said there nothing he can do about it. The systems says thats my contract. ***.<br> <br> PLEASE HOW IS THIS FAIR??? I CANNOT AFFORD 899pm for only 10GB!
