SMART BROADBANK WIRELESS LTE PLAN - ********** SIGN-UP

I've just received an email thanking me for choosing Smartbroadbank Wireless LTE PLan. I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR ANY PACKAGE WITH TELKOM!! Can someone please call me and let me know what this is all about? I don't have any contract with Telkom therefore not due for any upgrade, I don't understand why Telkom would automatically sign me up to any package when I have not even app**** for any of your packages
