Smart broadband uncapped wireless (LTE)

<p>We've requested an LTE Demo from Telkom's SMS service (***) and submitted several forms (more than 10 on the website) at the start of last week (15 May). We received only 1 SMS response that a Telkom representative will us you within 24 hours. We received a phone call a week after from the call center and the lady didn't even know that you had an LTE service and said to me that I needed to physically go to a Telkom shop and ask for a demo. I've spent today making several calls to the numbers above and waiting time was ridiculous. I hung up after 10 mins. We want to test this service before we buy it. With no feedback or help from your side, it is a lost cause. Sick and tired of your service delivery and the fact that your employees don't have a clue what's going on.</p>
