SM187743 Bad Service

So...I complain here about the poor service Telkom is giving...well no service at all actually. Then you guys said there will be feedback as stated in *** ....still no feedback at all. Tomorrow 21/01/2016 it will be a whole month without internet and no one from telkom is even trying to call me for feedback. Now I know Telkom gives the worst ever support/service to customers....its like no one gives a damn about the customer...well done! I need to waist 30 - 40min of airtime everyday to try find out what the status is on this call 887CTK211215 . everytime there is just other excuses. I want to ask my attorney even what my options are regarding what im paying for telkom and what im getting....but I already know thats going to be a waist of time....but maybe thats worth a shot because I dont get any feedback. Im just tired of all the struggle.
