Slpw speeds on LTE suddenly????

I have an LTE contract with Telkom Mobile. My connection was fine until yesterday when i cannot even get 1mb download speed! I got 26mb download speed two days ago? Since i have had this LTE its been very fast. Am i throttled? I have full LTE signal on my router. I tried calling but on hold for 25 minutes! Please can someone fix my connection.
