SLOWWWWWW ADSL from TELKOM

<p>Our telkom ADSL line on contract MUST be on 20mbps with no cap</p> <p>Reported on 27/7/2017 89cez270717 as running below 10 mbps</p> <p>day 19 of this fault-- now running at 4.3 mbps - and no fix in sight,</p> <p>I get a call every SATURDAY to ask the status - BUT NO FIX .</p> <p>I am 48m from a high speed Telkom Box and this is what they can offer??</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
