Slow/no existent service???

app**** for a cell phone contract on Thursday 2 January 2019 online.

It is now the 21st and absolutely no feedback on what is going on with my order.

After applying for the contract, I phoned back a week later to enquire since no one had phoned me yet. Immediately, we went through the application process on the phone, which I was happy with. She told me that a pre-debit order would come off the account within 3 days. The pre-debit order had come off on the 15th.

I have not received any SMS/email notification on when to expect my order. I phoned numerous times to follow up. One person told me I must wait for 2 weeks, another person said 3, someone else said I am even not on the system. This is so all over the place.

I need a valid confirmation on when I can expect my order and that my order has definitely been confirmed. I have phoned them again this morning - no luck.

Their service is upsettingly slow – this is the 4th week and still no phone!
